Add items to your cart, then enter ORDER10 in the Promo code box on the cart or checkout page. It takes 10% off eligible items before tax. Gift cards and memberships are excluded.

Yes. Use the quick order sheet on the homepage to set a quantity for each item, then add them all to your cart in one step.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship from Queens, New York within one business day. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days, express 2, and next-day 1 if you order by 1 PM Eastern time.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $52 or more in physical items. Order Plus members get free 2-day shipping on every order.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, where required. Sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay. Gift cards are never taxed.
How do returns work?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid label on eligible items. Refunds go back to your original payment method at the price you paid after any discount.
When do gift cards arrive?
By email, usually within minutes of checkout.
How do I cancel my membership?
Contact us anytime to cancel Order Plus. You get a full refund within 14 days if no benefit was used.
